Information
Jordan is a designer and maker living and working on the unceded, traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and səl̓ilwətaɬ Nations. He comes from a family of woodworkers and has degrees in Environmental Design and Landscape Architecture.
Jordan works primarily with native Pacific Northwest tree species, including arbutus, bigleaf maple, Oregon black walnut and Garry oak. His process explores how natural forms are generated in response to their environment, creating interior ecosystems for connection and community.
‘Objects of encounter’ are available for custom order on request, with each piece developed as a unique work for your home and fabricated by hand in Vancouver, British Columbia. Please inquire by email if you are interested in collaborating on your living space.
